About the Coaches: Ondine Norman
Ondine Norman brings more than ten years of experience as a professional coach and facilitator to her work. Her special areas of interest are inter-personal communication, leadership presence and change management. A simple, unifying thread ties together all of Ondine’s work. She strives to leave her clients not just more capable and skilled, but also personally enriched, more in touch with their own passion and their commitment at work. She assists clients in becoming better observers of themselves as they relate to work and key relationships.
Ondine is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a mentor coach for the Newfield Network, a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation and is also a certified Social Styles model facilitator. She is currently working on writing her book on the differences between coaching and counseling.
