Successfully sustaining and integrating newly-acquired skills rarely occurs without ongoing, active support and guidance. No other business coaching program offers Leadership Is Relationship’s unique approach to teaching, guiding and—most importantly—stabilizing leadership and work relationship skills.

Without having to leave their desks, LIR participants learn to observe how and why they operate as they do and, using this new understanding as a foundation, practice and refine while on the job the skills LIR teaches them. The result is consistently more productive and clearer thinking and action in their roles as managers and leaders.

All participants have the personal attention of a professional coach who guides them through a six-month program combining 13 structured Learning Papers delivered by email, with 12 one-on-one telephone coaching sessions.

Coach and coachee are collaborators; together they customize the program to identify and meet the distinctive learning needs and goals of the coachee.

When used with teams, departments or companies, LIR can be instrumental in transforming a business culture. Many problems arise and challenges are unmet in companies because of managers’ limitations in leading or relating effectively with supervisors, colleagues and reports alike. An LIR initiative can be the catalyst to dramatic positive results in the functioning of the organization.
